Mechanical Licensing Terms

When you buy a song from me, you get to use, share, and reproduce the recording. I’ll hold onto 60% of the publishing royalties and the copyright of the song, and 50% of the sound recording royalties. You’ll get to keep the other respective 40% and 50%, for yourself or to split with any other co-publishers and co-writers you have.

Splits

When you register the song with a PRO (like ASCAP or BMI), and with the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC), just make sure to list Koshiz Music (IPI # 01055584549) as a co-publisher and Ryan Freer (IPI # 01050179490) as a co-writer.
